For more than half a century of our company’s history, I have been finding in every step of its founder Haj Mohamed HOUAR; a visionary, motivated and perseverant man; an inspirational success journey. He built this company to last and we continue on his dream by developing our family business for it to be as he wished to see it. It is a huge and an honourable responsibility to run this company.

I started working with him at the age of 17; I had the privilege of being his disciple. He had been a mentor who guided me and inspired me to continue the great adventure he started.

Our unconditional and irreversible commitment was rewarded with a success that we share with our employees whom are the real wealth creators. It is these women and men that make the difference by their involvement and their exceptional professionalism. We build relations of trust with our customers. We are proud and we are aware of the size of the challenge we lead. Over the decades we have contributed to the development of our country, especially its transport infrastructure (Roads, Highways, Railways ...), as well as its Hydraulic and Port facilities (Dams, Canals, Ports ...).

Our company has evolved into a limited company; it was a turning point and a new beginning. Since this transformation; we diversify our business, and we accumulate prestigious references: Dams, Highways, Roads, Mountain Railways, Ports... We mobilize our expertise that constitutes the core of our multidisciplinary team, which includes a hundred of top-level executives. HOUAR Enterprise Company relies on a dynamic team with high technical potential composed of a hundred of highly skillful managers. We are rigorous and reliable professionals. Delivering on time is our main concern.

Convinced that we face evolving market challenges, we started our expansion and our international business in 2004; the year in which we won contracts in Dakar. We are on the track to build a genuine and lasting brand value for HOUAR Enterprise Company in Africa. We are there to be a proactive player in the implementation of a sustainable development strategy in the African continent.
